How to Order :

When you decided which personalised item you go with click on it . You will get a product window .Some products have different variations and options you can select from a option list.Then there is a text box that you can give us the instructions and any text etc you need on the product .After that there is a upload button that you can upload your picture or the artwork (If its a collage item you can upload 15 up to images ). Enter the required qty and click on add to cart .
Some product you get a product customizer option that you can design it yourself using the online product customizer tool we have on our website. Images you add will be automatically uploaded to our server (If you have difficulty of using the product customizer tool please see the guidance ).

What you do to my pictures after the order is completed :

We will discard your images after one month of the order is placed .We do not use any of your images other than printing your item .(We might use the whole printed item as our product gallery image )

I have payment Issues :

If you have any payments issue please give us a call we will be abele to take the payment manually and process your order .Call us on 07788895911 you can always use viber or whatsapp too .

When will my order arrive :

The majority of our orders are personalised and dispatched via Royal Mail first class post service within only 24 hours and Royal mail 1st class only take 1 day to deliver by default. We will deliver to any mainland UK address whether it be to a home or work address. Only is there is a problem with your order for some reason we will get in touch with you via any contact detail you supplied to us . A few products may take a little bit longer to manufacture and for these we show 72 hours (or 3 days) prior to us dispatching in the post. If your order has taken longer to arrive than you expected and you would like an update, please email: info@printedgifthouse.com and we can check to see where it is.

I have a special instructions I need to add to my order :

You can always add any special instructions by tying it to the text box on the product page. You can all so email us asap the order is placed including your full name and order ID.
